Sounds good, how do I apply?

In order to give everybody an equal opportunity - our application process is a little different.

To apply for this position, all you need to do is send us your CV along with a short video clip of yourself explaining why you think you would make a great addition to our team. The video needs to be no more than 2 to 3 minutes long and our main focus is getting to know you rather than identifying the person with the greatest director abilities.

We recommend that you use WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com) to do this but please don’t forget to include your name.

We know that this is a little unusual but don’t worry, every member of our team have had to do this and dealing directly with other people is a key part of each and every role.

This allows us to assess most of the skills and attributes required for the role much better than reading a standard application form, reducing the number of unnecessary interviews and giving those without an extensive CV an equal opportunity for the position.

To apply please email a copy of your CV and video clip to hr@ncrq.org.uk.

The closing date for all applications is midnight on Wednesday 20 June 2018.

Please note however if a sufficient number of applications are received before this date then the advert may be closed earlier.

Successful candidates will be notified via email by not later than 25 June 2018 with an invite to interview. All CVs and videos received will be securely stored, and deleted 30 days after the closing date.

If you have any queries regarding this position please email hannah.holmes@ncrq.org.uk

Good luck!
