Sale of services and cancellations
Enrolment will only commence on full payment of fees due, or successful completion of a finance application and payment of the appropriate deposit. This applies also to organisations paying by invoice. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be voided.
The sale of services is complete when you receive a welcome e-mail from NCRQ. The provision of services commences immediately.
You may cancel these services within fourteen days by sending us an e-mail, calling us, or writing to us. You do not have to give a reason.
If you return any workbook or other materials in perfect condition to us within fourteen days of your cancellation, we will give you a full refund (including re-imbursement of second class royal mail postage costs) immediately on receipt. However, if materials are not returned or they are damaged, we will not re-imburse any postage, and will deduct £30 from the refund for each workbook to cover costs.
No partial refund or discount will be given for any course elements that are not taken up.
It is a condition of your application that you have an email address, internet access, and meet the IT requirements for the specific qualification as specified on the relevant page.
You agree to comply with all NCRQ policies, including the NCRQ Malpractice Policy. We reserve the right to withdraw our services from any student suspected of plagiarism.
The qualification or course of study is not transferrable to another person.
Fees include enrolment, tuition, and access to the online learning platform and other course resources for eighteen months from the date of enrolment on certificate level qualifications or individual units, and three years for diploma level qualifications. Reinstatement on a course at a reduced fee is available if your course has expired and you wish to purchase the same course again. A reinstatement fee of 35% of the then current course fee will be payable.
Fees are reviewed on 1 April and 1 September each year.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact us at the above address, and we will ensure that it is looked into fully. For academic complaints, you should see our relevant Appeals Policy, which includes a review by independent representatives.
This contract is governed by the law in England and Wales.
